Good vibes all around — everyone's friendly but we each do our own thing. The kitchen/living room is well equipped and there's a back garden with a BBQ, perfect for the summer. Transport: Buses 150, 27, 151, 56A, 82, S4, S2, 74, 122, Luas Red Line is a 20-minute walk away. Looking for: Preferably a female tenant — someone clean, tidy and with good energy.
